Prime have a new block to add to our growing London portfolio – Cintra Court in Crystal Palace.
Cintra Court is a block for which the leaseholders exercised the right to manage (RTM) a few years ago. They were unhappy with their block managers and so sought out a new company to take over. After a tendering process Prime were selected as managing agents for the block.
We have begun by ensuring that long overdue works are progressed quickly and delivered as soon as practical – supporting the work of the project manager. Previously the residents were frustrated that no improvements had happened in several years. Since we took over in march we have presided over the delivery of one long awaited project and we are now gearing up for the second. One director recently commented that more had happened in the past three months than the past three years!
The service charge has remained largely the same – as the site was already an RTM there was not much scope for reductions, but we will be working hard to deliver a first class service to the residents and flat owners in this block.
With four site visits in the first two months we are providing a hands on approach to management at this block. There is much to do but we are relishing the challenge!
