We were approached by one of the leaseholders in this block who were at a loss to understand why they were paying so much for a sub standard management service from their previous provider. We carried out a right to manage claim for them and ever since then the service charge has reduced drastically and we have carried out repairs that were ignored for years by the previous managers.
